Ever since he was saved by a legendary hero by the name of Shiningman, Matt strive greatly to one day be a hero just like him. However, he also believes that his height will greatly diminish his chance of ever receiving a Hero License. To deal with this, he usually drinks lots of milk a day, but has yet shown any results. One day at his school, Matt tries to challenge Ken, the girls' favorite and a Hero Academy candidate due to his super strength, in basketball. Ken tells Matt that he should give up on becoming a hero because he'd be the World's Shortest Hero, and scores a basket against Matt. He tells Matt to know his place, and calls him Shorty. This leads to a fight between the two that Matt's NEXT power awakens, Hyper Jumping. In his rage, Matt uses this new power to beat Ken to everyone's amazement. This catches the attention of the Academy and he is allowed to become a student there. On his first day, He meets a strange and mysterious Japanese girl named Mirea Mizushima. Unlike the other members in their class, Matt talks to Mirea out of the kindness of his heart. They quickly consider each other as friends....even though Mirea has a crush on Matt that he is oblivious of. As Matt was walking home from school, he was kidnapped by weird men in skull costumes. When he came to, he found himself being looked over by a blonde japanese woman named Crea, who had also captured Mirea. She appeals to his need of wanting to be a hero. Another Hero appears and failed to save them but gives Matt an item, the Append Gear and makes him sign a contract for some reason. Matt puts it on and becomes a monstrous-looking hero to save himself and his new friend. After doing so, Mirea reveals that it was all a trick to make Matt join the villain group, the JACKALL Society and that Crea is her sister. The contract he signed bound his fate to JACKALL as the first test subject, RATMAN. At first, Matt was angry was the two but soon found out their reasoning for this. The corporations that heroes of this age work for are killing the dream of what it means to be a hero. Matt didn't want to believe this but didn't want to die so he forced himself to help. After awhile, Matt saw what they meant as Heroes only cared about their pay more than saving lives. Matt's ideals couldn't take it so he started to help JACKALL not because he wanted to hurt the system but to break down the way that heroes were seen. To show that it is not just a job but a dream to help those in need. This along with a long black scarf, fingerless gloves and knee high white boots. This suit makes Matt both taller and much stronger, adding to the mystery of his identity. This because it would be highly unlikely that someone would figure out Matt was Ratman based on the difference which is the "supposed" reason why Matt was picked in the first place. other. ■ Append Gear - a transformation device that is disguised as an ordinary electronic watch. It starts by scanning the human body once it is activated. It can also tell the difference between inorganic matter (such as clothes) and organic matter (such as the human body) then breaks them down into atoms. The atoms are then rearranged to create RATMAN. Which explains why Matt is able to become so different in taller and stronger body structure. It is completely different from any transforming gear in current technology. ■ JACKALL Claw - An claw-like blade weapon built into the suit. brief description. ■Unlike most Heroes, the Ratman Suit restructures Matt's small body into a more suitable and taller body that can handle his Hyper Jumping power, enhancing it. Also the wearer later feels a monstrous apatite after wearing the suit, to where they will feel like they are starving despite having ate at least two large pizzas. ■ The other disadvantage is the fact that Matt can't really control his power when he is RATMAN as it becomes stronger with the suit. Criminal or Anti-Hero? Pick one.

Anti-Heroes don't need companies.

You need only fill out the portion for Anti-Heroes. You filled out for Anti-Hero, Company, and Criminal.

I think you were aiming for a Kamen Rider type character, and that's fine, just make his powers come from him, not his suit. It reads like he's just a carcass that the suit uses to do things. I might be completely wrong, but it reads that way. His suit can do things, don't get me wrong. Much like how Sky High's suit had the jetpack. But having the suit be the source of his powers is a no go.

Ok. Allow me to address those.

I thought you put Criminals and Anti-Heroes in the same place. "anyone who has committed a crime against the laws of the city. Anti-Heroes are categorized into this group also." but if I had to pick one, Anti-Hero....even though Matt still commits crimes for JACKALL.

They not really a company, more of a "criminal organization" he works for. I say that is quotes because they only seem to go after corrupt heroes that don't have ideals along with real villains (Well Matt does. They just don't stop him since he follows orders when they need him.) They may act "evil" and commit crimes against corrupt heroes and companies but they are just people that work outside the system to help in their way. They are more Anti-Villains if that makes sense. I saw no place for such an organization so I put it in company.

As for the suit....I can see that. Hmm....How about this? How about the suit just restructures his small body into a more suitable and taller body that can handle his power. Nothing more. I will just add some tech that will handle everything else.
