A man and a woman, mom and dad to him, fell in love and one day pop! They had a lovely newborn son. They were of the lower middle class variety so, while they lived comfortably, they didn't have the money to spend on too many gadgets. This wasn't all that bad for the young hero to be. It let him be active outside and also gave him a love for second hand stories about heroes and once he was old enough, comic books about superheros. His life went as any young boys might. School, play and just living life was all he cared about. Until he reached the age of nine years old. At this point he was thoroughly immersed in the world of superheroes. He wanted to be a superhero and all that jazz. Simple normal young boy shenanigans. The only problem was that Dmitri took it a step further than one should. One night, he jumped off his bed and attempted to fly like usual, only this time it worked for a short moment. He tried it again and it worked for a little longer. Dmitri was convinced that the problem was that he didn't have enough space so he thrust open his bedroom window, which was on the second story, and jumped out. Lucky for him, he was in fact a NEXT and had the ability to fly through his powers. He didn't have a full understanding of them at the time though, so he flew forward, but quickly petered off to land on the ground with a thump that resulted in a bruise or two, but nothing as serious as it could have been. The rest of his life was spent a little irritatingly. His parents thought he was odd, an abnormality that would cause him to be ridiculed by his peers. So, he grew up practicing in secret like a real super hero. It wasn't until the project in Atlantis to use NEXTs as protectors of the city that he was able to realize his full potential. The young man would immediately head out to take the tests. Ultimately, he ended up being sponsored by Nemean Line taking on the name of Sky Knight. It has a princely or knightly over all look. The outfit overall is made of a special, bullet proof material. It is made to be light weight and easy to move around in while keeping him protected. On his wrists, lower leg, and left shoulder he has special metallic guards which protect those areas of his body. x and x other. ■ He carries around a five foot decorative sword. While it is like any normal sword in make, the edges are dulled. It is mostly a prop to go along with his name, but he does use it for some of his moves. brief description. ■ Dmitri has the ability of Wind Manipulation, also known as air manipulation. With his ability he is able to manipulate the air around him and make it move in the way he wishes to. His power is only effective as far as he can see after that it is unable to retain it's momentum and slows. lists of known moves. ■ Flight - Dmitri is able to manipulate the air around him and use it to lift himself up from the ground and fly. In essence he is creating a barrier of wind around him to allow him this freedom, though it isn't strong enough to repel attacks. The barrier does help in allowing him to breathe normally at higher altitudes. ■ Push - He sends a strong gust of wind forward which effects an area of at most ten feet wide and as far as he can see. The gust is strong enough to knock over most who are in the way so long as they don't exceed around three-hundred pounds. If they are heavier than that it can potentially buffet them. The move will, due to it's range, effect anyone in the way whether they are friend or foe. ■ Wind Drill - Dmitri sends forth a gust of wind which swirls forward in a drill like pattern. The high speed and force allows it to be able to break through any wall or shield that isn't made of metal, so long as it's no wider than seven feet. Once the gust bursts through the object it was drilling it disperses. The move is ineffective against fleshy objects such as humans and only has the potential of knocking them over so long as they weigh less than three-hundred pounds at which point they are simply buffeted. ■ Wind Vortex - He creates a tornado out of wind which he is able to direct. The tornado is able to pick up and deposit anyone or anything weighing less than three-hundred pounds. The tornado can then lift up the object and toss it back to the ground from a height of fifteen feet causing minimal damage such as broken limbs to humans. ■ Wind Slash - Dmitri draws his sword and slashes forward.
