[/b] she muttered as she stared at the attraction. For a moment, all her other worries disappeared.[/blockquote]She didn't understand why things like crime could happen. She supposed having abnormal powers made people take unnecessary risk. She didn't understand why since there were heroes. There was someone paid to stop crime in a more flamboyant manner than a police. Heroes were effecient she supposed. If they weren't efficent, then there wouldn't be a reason to employee one. More importantly, there would be less of a reason to sponor a school of them.
She supposed things weren't that simple. Obvious crimes were easily thwarted by Heroes, but the more complicated schemes...they were left without someone to correct those wrongs. Nothing could really be perfect. Celes had thought her life was perfect at one point, but then that all turned instantly. She sighed at the thought. There wasn't really anyone to blame or come save her from that situation. Heroes solved crimes. They didn't appear and fix lives.
Celes had went on a walk to clear her head, but it really didn't fix anything. It was such a lovely day but she was too distracted with her own self to notice. But by the time she had realized where she was going, she was already at the energy dome. She looked like every other tourist to come stare at the swirling blue energy even though she wasn't. Still, she liked this place. And she felt proud so many other people came here. "It's always...breathtaking,"
